Arte Oliva Boutique Hotel is located in the village of Grebastiča, which is about 50 km from Split Airport and 80 km from Zadar Airport.
The hotel consists of 8 apartments (6 Comfort 2-room apartments and 2 Premium 3-room apartments), with a parking space for each apartment.
All premises have air conditioning and acoustic insulation, double-glazed windows, built-in kitchen appliances of the brands of the Electrolux concern.
The layout of the rooms allows you to accommodate up to 5 people in Comfort apartments (a family with children), up to 7 people in Premium ones (a large family or two couples).

Grebastiča, like most of the Croatian coast, has a pebble beach, so the water always remains perfectly transparent, in all shades of blue and light blue.
The distance to the edge of the sea is 90 meters, while the hotel is located in the depth of the site, so guests will not suffer from the noise and bustle of the promenade.
On the opposite shore of the bay (20 min walk around the bay) there is a small station where you can rent a yacht or boat for a day trip around the numerous beautiful islands (an agreement is required in advance, there is a great demand in the season).
Within 150-200 meters there are two grocery stores, a lot of very tasty and affordable bars and restaurants. Lots of water activities for big and small, concerts and dances on weekends in
summer.

The 2022 season is the first season of operation of the hotel, it is built in a modern style using high-quality materials and the latest technologies.
In the immediate vicinity of the village there are many cultural and natural attractions of Croatia: Šibenik, Primošten, Trogir, KRKA National Park, Kornati Archipelago and much more.
Šibenik is a district center, located 12 km away and has a fully developed infrastructure, including banks, shopping centers, hospitals, beauty and massage parlors, theaters and concert venues. From Sibenik you can go on a yacht excursion to KRKA or Kornati. There is also an offer of ATV excursions, visits to prosciutto, olive oil and wine farms. Dalmatia is famous for its culinary traditions, guests will be able to try a lot of new things in local restaurants, as well as take edible souvenirs home.

Any of the Comfort Apartments can accommodate up to 4 people, whether adults or children older than 2 years old. Each bedroom contains a double bed which can be also separated into two individual single beds. The couch in the living area unfolds into a full size double bed as well. For babies under 2 years old we can offer to rent a baby crib, for a separate fee. If you bring your own travel bed, you can use it for free. Cost of your reservation does not depend on the number of guests, with the exception of the tourist tax (paid in the hotel, approximately 2 EUR per person, standard rate for the whole Croatia).
We have opened very recently and are still researching preferences of our guests. We do offer self serving breakfasts by pre-order, at an additional fee. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area which guests can share at breakfast time. Breakfast menu includes cold cuts, eggs or omelette, cereal, yoghurts, juices, tea and coffee. Please let us know in advance if you are interested, and we will share with you more details.
You are 100 meters away from the main beach of Grebastica, which is a spacious and well organized, very clean public beach. We have a limited number of chez-longes which we can rent to our guests, or else you rent them on the beach, but you do not have to – a towel under a tree is enough to make your day on the beach enjoyable!
